Pineapple jam Ingredients:

150 g pineapple, grated
100 g sugar
2 cm cinnamon

cake:

150 g margarine
50 g butter
2 egg yolks
1 egg white
275 g flour

100 g grated Cheddar cheese

How to make:

     Pineapple jam: Cook all ingredients over low heat until thick and the color is lightly browned. Remove and let cool.

     Cake: Beat the margarine and butter until smooth.
