ingredients:

     350 grams of beef brisket, cut into 1.5 x 1.5 cm

How to make:

     Boil the meat in 1000 ml of water until meat is tender. take 500 ml broth.
     Saute the spices, lime leaves, bay leaves, and ginger until fragrant.
     Insert meat. Stir until the color changes. Pour broth and coconut milk. Add salt and sugar. Cook, stirring until boiling.
     Add rice beans, squash, and beans. Cook until flavors mingle.
