VANILLA ROLL CAKE (BRASIL)


ingredients:

     150 grams Apricot hours
     150 grams of refined sugar
     100 grams of margarine, melted
     100 butter, melted
     70 grams of bread flour
     13 grams Cake emulsifier
     10 grams of corn flour
     10 grams of milk powder
     10 egg yolks
     2 egg white grains


How to make:

     Beat the egg yolks, egg whites, powdered sugar, and cake emulsifier until fluffy.
     Add bread flour, cornmeal, milk powder and stir well.
     Pour the melted margarine and butter.
     Prepare a baking sheet that has been buttered roll, pour all the batter, put in the oven.
     Once cooked, remove from oven, let cool oven.
     Rub roll with apricot hours, roll roll.
     Cut to taste and serve.
